How Does the Data Controller Collect and Process Your Data?

The Data Controller collects and/or receives information about you, such as: IP address and cookies released through browsing the websites listed above. These are used by the Data Controller for website management and to collect aggregated information. Your personal data is primarily communicated to third parties and/or recipients whose activity is necessary for the performance of activities related to the aforementioned purposes, and also to comply with certain legal obligations or those prescribed for the control and supervision of work activities. Any communication that does not meet these purposes will be subject to your consent.
Your personal data will not be disseminated or disclosed to unspecified parties in any way.

What are cookies and for what purposes can they be used?
A “cookie” is a small text file created by some websites on the user’s computer when they access a particular site, with the aim of storing and transporting information. Cookies are sent from a web server (which is the computer running the visited website) to the user’s browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.) and stored on the user’s computer; they are then re-sent to the website during subsequent visits.

Some operations could not be performed without the use of cookies, which, in some cases, are therefore technically necessary. In other cases, the site uses cookies to facilitate and simplify user navigation or to allow users to take advantage of specifically requested services.
Cookies can remain in the system for long periods and may also contain a unique identification code. This allows the sites that use them to track user navigation within the site itself, for statistical or advertising purposes, i.e., to create a personalized user profile based on the pages they have visited and then show and/or send them targeted advertising.
