Night porter

We are looking for a night porter to handle guest reception and hotel operations during night hours, based in Camogli.

In this full-time, on-site role, you will look after guests during the night, handle check-in and check-out, oversee security and manage last-minute bookings, keeping an eye on common areas to ensure maximum comfort.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a receptionist: check-in and check-out, guest requests, front office supervision.
  • Booking management and use of booking software.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong service attitude.
  • Experience in handling cash operations.
  • Flexible hours, professionalism and attention to detail.

Housekeeper

The Housekeeper will run the hotel’s Housekeeping department, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, order and service. You will be the point of reference for the room staff and work with reception, maintenance and other departments in a luxury seafront setting.

Main responsibilities

  • Coordinate, supervise and train the room and public area attendants.
  • Check the cleaning and preparation of rooms, bathrooms, corridors and public areas to the hotel’s standards.
  • Manage the linen and supplies storeroom and restocking.
  • Report faults, issues and maintenance needs to reception and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and internal procedures.
  • Foster a positive working environment focused on service quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Housekeeper in 4-5 star hotels or luxury resorts.
  • Organisational, leadership and staff management skills.
  • Attention to detail, quality focus and good interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • English (required) and knowledge of Housekeeping PMS software.
